Our Fave NA + LA Wines
Non Alc and Low Alc wines are having a moment, but if you’ve ever gone down the rabbit hole of finding one you actually like, you know the struggle: most of them taste… not great. Too sweet, too flat, too much like grape juice or worse: vinegar-y. But every once in a while, you stumble on a bottle (or can) you’d actually pour a second glass of. We’ve been keeping a running list of the ones that pass the test, and here are our current favorites. Cheers!
Non-Alc
Underwood Non-Alcoholic Rosé Bubbles
Union Wine Co. was one of the originals to put good wine in a can, and they’ve carried that same energy into their NA lineup. The Rosé Bubbles is crisp, refreshing, and feels genuinely celebratory. Perfect for park hangs, beach days, or anywhere a bottle feels like too much. Made with 100% Oregon grapes, precision dealcoholized, and brightened with early-harvest juice.
Jøyus Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé
A dry, bright pink sparkler that actually tastes like wine with light berry notes, a little citrus, and plenty of bubbles. Jøyus is all about making NA wines that feel as celebratory as the real thing, and this one totally delivers. Pop it any time you want the toast without the buzz.
Nomadica x Proxies Non-Alc Bubbly White
A collab between Nomadica (known for their sommelier-curated canned wines) and Proxies, this Mediterranean inspired bubbly white is crisp, dry, and complex. Layers of citrus, stone fruit, and a mineral snap make it a refreshing take on a sparkling white. A perfect daytime sipper that pairs great with salty snacks and cheese.
Low-Alc
Wölffer Estate Hamptons Light Low-Alcohol Pinot Blanc
From one of Long Island’s most iconic wineries, this Pinot Blanc keeps things light at just 7% ABV without losing flavor. It’s crisp and beachy, with notes of green apple, melon, and lemon zest. Ideal for long lunches, picnics, or when you want a second pour without the heaviness. Plays especially well with spicy Thai dishes.
Crios de Susana Balbo Sustentia Chardonnay 2022
From legendary winemaker Susana Balbo, this naturally low-alc Argentinian Chardonnay (just 9% ABV) shows how vibrant early-harvest wines can be. Expect pineapple, lime, and just a touch of creaminess. A great match for seafood, pizza and light pastas.
